STEEL SQUADRON
Ten years ago in the heavy industrialized center of Canada, the members of Steel Squadron were in
many different groups but always in the same circle of friends. Steel Squad worked together in the
past but never before have they come together to form such a unique sound. The diverse sound and
styles of each member brings a mesmerising flare to the stage that cannot be denied by any group
or audience. The Steel Squadron group was formed in 2002 in the cold wintery city of Hamilton
(Steel City).
The founding member, Chief Rock, is a Native MC with a knack for making songs with a powerful
message for today's youth. Rock his own part to the group with his beat production and engineering
skills that he has developed over time with working in multi studios.
Bad Nuze is a raw lyrical freestyle fanatic who brings a positive and analytical attitude to Steel
Squad. Nuze's lyrical wit, beat production and original flow brings an intriguing intelligence
with style, that perfectly compliments the rest of Steel Squadron.
Money Gripz is an MC/Reggae artist who brings a flare to the crew with his non-stop energy during
each show. As Money and Bad Nuze are both Sagittarius, complimenting one another while on stage,
comes naturally and excellently. Money is probably the most versatile of the group!
Paw-Z the brother to Money Gripz, comes at you with a whole different style. P brings a style that
is sometimes dark but very witful in his own way. This makes his style one of the most unique of
the group.
Cole Cash is an MC who’s style brings wordplay that is incomparable to any other MC in the game.
Cash is the voice that attacks each beat, electrifying each song. Cash, being Steel Squad's other
producer, was the final member of Steel Squadron.
Steel Squadron... the momentum in which they will bring to the game of hip hop will certainly
leave an impression on today’s youth. With such variety in each of the songs out of this group,
commercial success is definitely within their grasp. It will only be a matter of time before Steel
Squadron becomes the household name across North America.
