KLASS-SIK

Klass-Sik Born in the former Soviet Union, Klass-Sik aka Vinnie Klass immigrated with his family at a young age. Raised mainly by a single mother, Klass-Sik, although intelligent, struggled to finish highschool. Caught up in the get-rich-quick schemes of the streets, hustling became a state of mind, not just something you do but something you live, a way of making something out of nothing in any situation. At the age of 17, Klass-Sik was living on his own, already writing lyrics and influenced by real life situations he began sharpening his sword. With the love for music developing into the basis for a future focus, he realized people liked what he was doing.... alot. He got his first real break when performing at Importfest 2006 at the Rogers Centre (Skydome) in Toronto with a flawless performance, this was the foundation to building a dream. Following that up with another show at Importfest 2007, and landing a song placement for www.ridejudge.com with his first single, "Rollin". The song which was used as the high-traffic websites anthem, recieved over 100,000 hits on the site and 30,000 hits on the video on youtube. 2009 is the year of the grind, and Klass-Sik is definately on his. Utilizing entrepreneurial skills learned on the streets, Klass-Sik plans to make a huge impact in the hip hop world with his debut album due out soon.
