CALE SAMPSON
A visionary rhymer, who began writing and performing at the age of 10. Since then he has sharply crafted
his skills to become an inspirational and thought provoking young artist. In addition to emceeing, Cale
The Lyricist also uses other channels to express his creative talents. He is passionate about the spoken
word, and has acted in a major motion picture. You can see Cale in the movie A Cool Dry Place, with Vince
Vaughn and Devin Sawa, as a b-ball player named Peter.
When he was 16, Cale The Lyricist recognized that music was going to be his tool for spreading helpful
information and positive words of encouragement to others. His hip hop crew at the time performed at the
Kingswood Amphitheater (Canada's Wonderland) and won an Ontario-wide recording contest with Sony Music
Canada.
Presently, Cale is performing regularly in Ontario and Quebec (working as both a solo artist, and a
collaborator with an emerging Toronto-based group called Rhythmicru). He is currently on a mission to
"transmit beneficial energy to all others open to communication and growth." Canada will definitely be
hearing more from Cale The Lyricist in the future.
